(ĐTTCO) – Chứng khoán Mỹ khởi sắc vào thứ Năm (23/3) sau một phiên giao dịch đầy biến động khi các nhà đầu tư đặt cược rằng Cục Dự trữ Liên bang (Fed) có thể sắp kết thúc chu kỳ tăng lãi suất. Giá dầu giảm 1%, đảo ngược mức tăng sớm sau khi Bộ trưởng Năng lượng Hoa Kỳ Jennifer Granholm nói với các nhà lập pháp rằng việc bơm đầy lại Kho Dự trữ Dầu mỏ Chiến lược (SPR) của quốc gia có thể mất vài năm.
