A strong rebound was recorded in Vincom Retail’s financial performance.
Total consolidated net revenue in 3Q2022 is VND 2.0 trillion, increased by 154.7% YoY. Revenue from the leasing of investment properties and rendering of related services was VND 1.84 trillion, an increase of 152.3% YoY, and 2% higher than 3Q2019 (pre-Covid-19). Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) in 3Q2022 was VND 794 billion, an increase of 3,156% YoY, and PAT in 9M2022 was VND 1.94 trillion, equivalent to over 80% of our full-year target, an increase of 63% YoY.
In 2022, big brands simultaneously resumed expansion in Vincom Retail malls. For example, on October 10, Trung Nguyen Legend opened 10 new stores in our malls nationwide. Popular international retailers also continue to expand their footprint in our network, notably Uniqlo to open 3 stores in Vincom Center Ba Trieu, Vincom Mega Mall Royal City, and Vincom Center Tran Duy Hung respectively in 4Q2022.
During the year-end shopping and festive season in 4Q2022, Vincom Retail will continue to partner with major retail brands to organize fascinating events such as Black Friday and Christmas celebrations across its nationwide network to stimulate consumer demand.
Thanks to outstanding business and operational achievements, Vincom Retail has received two reputable international awards, including the “Inspirational Brand” Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards, and “Top 50 Most Valuable Brands” in Vietnam, voted by Brand Finance, reaffirming the company’s position as the number 1 Retail Real Estate Developer in Vietnam.
