Under the new circular, adjustments have been made to the economy class basic passenger transport service fare framework. For flights covering a distance of under 500km, the ceiling price is set at 1,600,000 VND per ticket per leg for economically developed routes and 1,700,000 VND per ticket per leg for other routes. The remaining route categories will experience fare increases ranging from 50,000 to 250,000 VND per ticket per leg compared to the previous regulations, depending on the length of each route.
Specifically, for flights from 500km to under 850km, the ceiling price is set at 2,250,000 VND per ticket per leg (previously 2,200,000 VND per ticket per leg).
For flights covering a distance from 850km to under 1,000km, the maximum ticket price is now 2,890,000 VND per leg (previously 2,790,000 VND per leg).
Flights ranging from 1,000km to under 1,280km have a ceiling price of 3,400,000 VND per ticket per leg (previously 3,200,000 VND per ticket per leg).
For flights covering a distance of 1,280km and above, the ceiling price is set at 4,000,000 VND per ticket per leg (previously 3,750,000 VND per ticket per leg).
